L-Mart will continue to warranty its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal user for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original customer. Where a defect is found to be genuine the item is fixed without cost or an adjustment made in a 
subsequent shipment depending on whether the sale is on the local or overseas market. This warranty does not apply to damage due to negligence, modification or other causes unrelated to defective material or workmanship.
